What We Do
We buy properties with cash, no middle-man, no complications. With every property we buy, I am looking to add value and improve the property, ultimately liquidating when the time is right or hold for the long term. Once an agreement is made with the seller we open escrow with a local title company who handles the closing process. Closing generally takes a couple weeks and you get paid directly from the escrow account with the title company.
